I only just mastered the art of making white sauce to pour on the mac and then stir in the cheese (got that from an America&#039;s Test Kitchen episode, it&#039;s an improvement over &quot;throw velveeta on it and stir till melted&quot;)... but, seriously, squash? Wouldn&#039;t the texture carry through?
