I’m just wondering, since I can’t seem to “get it” myself…what got you to the moment when overeating ended and the new lifestyle began? I mean, the real moment, the light bulb that you knew would never burn out?

Those are great. I especially like the second one from Renee’s blog, because for me, it’s seriously about plodding along, doing what I know I need to do, and getting back to it if I stumble a little along the way.
