I half-heartedly looked around for the actual study, but couldn&#039;t find anything within 2 minutes of googling, so I gave up. It&#039;s no wonder they didn&#039;t link to it, since it seems to be encoded in medical techno-speak. From what I can understand, it looks like this study is looking at whether a low GI diet can help lower risk of diabetes or help people with blood sugar problems in the long term, not whether it reduces cravings and hunger, which is what I&#039;m interested in.</description>
