Best of all you did it by adhering to the Abe Lincoln principle and not some plan or the other. That means that you have developed discipline and you are getting to the root of this whole thing.

Congrats on your loss.  I am just now starting out and I can so identify with what you&#039;ve written about the booths at restaurants and the total lack of stamina.

You are right.  Fat people don&#039;t live in the real world.  You can&#039;t, because you just don&#039;t fit.  I long for the day that I can walk into a restaurant and not hyperventilate at the thought of whether I can fit into a booth or not.</description>
