Calligraphy by Sherrie Lovler

I love this quote from Anaïs Nin:

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

I had seen a black and white ad for the calligraphy above in a magazine years ago, which I had cut out and held onto until it got lost in a move. I had always meant to order it. I came across the quote today while searching, and courtesy of Google’s image search, I found the same calligraphy, years later!

I’ve gone ahead and ordered a print.
